We offer refunds within the first 14 days of your purchase, once you have requested your refund, you must send the item back to us within another 14 days otherwise the refund will be cancelled.
Exempt Goods

Personalised/Customised Products unless faulty on arrival and you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
